 The Quality Choice Prize program is one of the pillars of the ESQR’s annual recognition programs which seeks to expand the quality culture and motivate the commitment to the quality implementation models and programs.

 

The Quality Choice Prize annually recognizes those with ethics and initiatives that demonstrate exceptional success in quality management and that maximize the full potential of their services through quality-oriented practices. The awardees are selected by ESQR based on the results of the ESQR’s polls, consumer opinion research and market study.

 

The voters can be companies, public administrations, institutions, universities, hospitals, and organizations that have received ESQR awards in the past, customers, consumers, suppliers, collaborating companies or just sympathizers. They are asked to recommend or vote for those whose products and services meet their expectations.

 

On the basis of recommendations, the selection is carried out. The selection process includes as well the research of public information sources, publications and positive remarks, charity projects, chambers of commerce, university projects and exhibitions.
